1959-1960 MGCC RACES

For 2 glorious years the Western NY MG Council organized MG only races at Watkins Glen. The BARC was the strongest when it came to MG racing and indeed the men took home most of the hardware. For the second year the entry was bigger with a participation from the Canadian MG faithful. Enjoy this look back at a period in time when these small, friendly regional events were so popular. The Best Part is Frank Mount. Frank races with us today and was there in 1960 and won way back then. Some great photos of those wild Canadian cars. You can compare Frank’s 1960 TC with his current TC.
