 Frank Dominnianni smiles on the grid.  Bob Fryer’s AP coupe in back.
 Frantic big bore action as Dominnianni cuts inside another Vette.  Frank did not do well in June finishing 4th in BP.
 Fryer’s AP Corvette chases Yenko’s BP car into the infield.  Fryer would finish 2nd overall and 2nd in class.  Yenko was 5th overall and 2nd in BP.
 Ben Moore’s BP winning Corvette won the class in May and June.
 Bob Hutchins beautiful 2.6 liter rear engined Ferrari was no match for the bigger V8 cars and did not finish.
 Lew Kerr’s Brabham was strong all day finishing 2nd to Decker and easily winning E modified.
  Oscar Koveleski in the Ferrari-Chev and Charlie Gibson's Lotus battled all race.  Gibson edged Oscar for 6th,
 George Wintersteen’s Cooper turned the fastest lap but had problems.  Here he leads Charlie Gibson’s Lotus 23.
  A not very happy looking Alan Freidland sits on the grid in his Elva-BMW.  Alan had problems from the first lap in June and was a DNF.
 Alan looks at the Elva wondering why it’s not working well.  Steve Elfenbein looks down on the situation and Dave Nicholas looks elsewhere.
 George Alderman won in May but did not finish in June.  He turned the 2d fastest lap, but the car failed him.
 After his car quit, Alderman had a long walk back to the pits.
 Gus Andrey in his Lotus with an Alfa motor won the formula race beating Mark Donohue.
 Flyod Aaskov raced this Formula S.  The S for the Saab 2 stroke motor.  It did not do very well placing 9th overall and 5th in FC.
 Brian Furstenau in the Group 44 TR-3 won, but not easily.
 Donna Mae in heavy first lap traffic with Leo Picard’s Volvo P-1800 on the attack.  DMM would spin and finish 10th, Picard 5th.
 Leo Picard and Art Riley in P-1800’s lead Shorty Miller’s Turner and John Luke’s TRe.  Riley would beat Picard to the finish but Miller got them all for 2nd place.  Luke finished 13th.
 BARC founder Dave Nicholas  coming strong onto the Alfa of Jack Keller into a heavy braking zone.
 Nicholas; “if the good Lord gives you 25’ or track, use 26” and here he bounces the rear wheel off the ground to prove he believes it.
 Finally getting past the fastest Alfa, Nicholas finished an excellent 7th in a 3 year old MGA.
 Bob Sharp improved in the June race to 2nd in GP in this Datsun Fairlady or SPL310.  Sharp was 5th in May.
