LIME ROCK PARK Built by an enthusiast named Jim Vaill - it all started because Vaill and his buddies Jack Fisher and John Clark liked sliding Fisher's TC around the Vaill family gravel pit. Now 51 years after the first event in 1957, Lime Rock is still going strong and one of the fastest, fearsome tracks anywhere. Ask anybody who lifted just a bit coming down the hill into the diving turn The BARCBOYS watched, slept, partied and raced there throughout the 60's and 70's |
